What is the warranty?

If you feel that the product did not meet your expectations, we will refund the value of the product in the form of a gift card. for use in the DziaraNaChwile.pl store. This allows you to choose a different pattern or size and try again.

When can you use it?

The warranty applies if the product has been used according to the instructions and the effect has not met your expectations. To keep things fair on both sides, simple conditions apply:

• Report within 7 days of order delivery .
• The warranty covers the first use of the product ordered.
• Product used according to instructions (time, method of application, clean and dry skin).

If you're unsure whether you qualify for the warranty, please let us know. We'd rather help than squander the opportunity.

How to claim a warranty? (step by step)

1. Write us an email at biuro@dziaranachwile.pl with the subject: "Satisfaction Guarantee - Order No."
2. In your message, please include:
   • order number
   • short information about what did not meet expectations
   • 2 photos : (1) product, (2) effect after application (if you can — in natural light)
3. We'll respond and let you know our decision. If your application is approved, you'll receive a code/gift card .

Note: the photos are only for us to realistically assess the situation and advise what to change during the second attempt. (e.g. application site, time, pressure, skin preparation).

What do you get in return?

You receive a gift card for an amount corresponding to the value of the product(s) covered by the warranty. You can use the card on your next order at the Dziara Na Chwilę store.

• You can use it on any products available in the offer.
• You receive the code by email - ready to use in your shopping cart.

When is the warranty not valid?

To keep this fair, there are situations where the guarantee cannot be applied:

• No order number or notification after 7 days of delivery .
• The product was used contrary to the instructions (e.g. on wet/oily skin, too short, without pressure).
• Mechanical damage to the product on the customer's side (e.g. cut/damaged packaging).
• Expecting a different effect than presented in the product description/photos (differences may result from skin tone and lighting).

We're here to make sure you're happy. If something doesn't work, we'll help, advise, and give you the opportunity to try again. Because a tattoo is supposed to be fun, not stressful.
